Business Litigation Attorney
We are looking for two business litigation attorneys to join our team:
- A mid-level associate with 3-5 years civil litigation experience with a law firm required.
- An experienced business litigation attorney with a minimum of 10 years’ civil litigation firm experience and an established book of business.

We are looking to hire a Summer Associate for the summer of 2021. The candidate for this position will be in their 2L year of law school and have excellent academic credentials. Top 15% of class preferred. Depending on the interests of the candidate and needs of the firm, the position will involve legal research, writing of memoranda and briefs, drafting contracts and other transactional documents, and assisting with and observing litigation events and client meetings.
